and a drizzle of horseradish cream. Accompanied by organic-roasted fingerling potatoes.
Organic Herb Chicken
Natural raised half chicken stuffed with Boursin cheese, seasoned with fresh herbs and roasted to golden brown. Served over tomato ragu with organic herb roasted fingerling potatoes.
Tenderloin Risotto
Creamy Arborio rice cooked in beef stock and finished with wild mushrooms, asparagus, red pepper and beef tenderloin tips.
Woodlands Tequila Shrimp
Large shrimp sautéed with garlic, shallot, lemon juice and a splash of tequila. Finished with butter, cilantro and roasted lime.
